Shop policies
Payment is due in full before I start stitching, paid through Broidry. Most pieces are ready in about 2 weeks. Every order is made to order for you, so custom pieces can't be returned or exchanged. If something arrives wrong or damaged, message me and I'll do my best to make it right.
