Production: what goes on the machine next
3 minute read
The Production tab is your make list. Every order that is ready to stitch sits in one list sorted by ship date, with plain language on each row: in 4 days, or 3 days late. Orders still waiting on an answer sit in their own section below, so an order with missing details never lands on the machine.
- 1Sort by ship date to see what is due, or drag rows into your own order when you want to batch, for example stitching all the hats while the hat hoop is on.
- 2Tap Start when a piece goes on the machine, and Done when it comes off. Broidry updates the customer's tracking page for you.
- 3Set your turnaround and your time off on the Pricing page, on the card called Booking window and time away. Your shop page quotes real dates from them, so you only promise dates you can keep.
Note: If you are going on vacation, add the dates once. Broidry adjusts the promised dates on your shop page while you are away.
