Pricing
Every tool is on the Free plan, with no credit card to start. The paid plans are for when your shop grows: they remove Broidry's branding, make orders unlimited, and add marketing tools that bring customers back.
Move the slider to what your shop sells in a month. Each card below then shows one number: the plan price plus Broidry's fee, added together. That number is what the plan would really cost you per month, and the cheapest plan for your volume turns green. If your customers pay you by Venmo, cash, or check, there is no Broidry fee at all, and the plan price is your whole cost.

AI photos turn a plain phone picture of a piece you have stitched into a styled product photo. The counts above are how many you can make each month. Broidry never makes a photograph out of a mockup: a listing photo always starts from a piece that was really stitched.
If you are not sure which plan to pick, start on Free. The Free plan has every tool. Move up to Maker when you want your page and emails to show only your brand. Move up to Shop when you want the marketing tools: messages that bring past customers back, email campaigns, and discount codes. Move up to Atelier when embroidery is your full-time work. You can change plans, or cancel, any time.
When orders live in texts, Etsy messages, Facebook chats, and email, some slip. A single missed $50 custom order costs more than two months of Maker. Broidry puts every order from every channel on one list with a status and a due date, so nothing falls through.
A personalized piece that goes unpaid can't be sold to anyone else, so the blank, the thread, and the machine time are all lost. Broidry tracks exactly who has paid, sends the payment link, and shows you at a glance which orders are safe to start.
A website builder, an invoicing tool, and a spreadsheet for tracking orders: Broidry is all three, built specifically for embroidery shops. Storefront, quotes, order tracking, payments, and mockups in one place, starting at $0.
Card processing (Stripe's fee): 2.9% + 30¢ when a customer pays by card. It is the same fee behind nearly every checkout on the internet, every platform passes it through, and Broidry never takes a piece of it.
The Broidry fee (ours): 2% on Broidry-processed payments on the Free plan — that is how Free stays genuinely free. On every paid plan it is 1.5%. Venmo, cash, and check orders never carry it, on any plan.
Both numbers appear, separately, on every money screen in the app.
Sell $1,000 on Etsy, and about $99 of it goes to fees. Sell the same $1,000 through Broidry's Free plan, and about $52 goes to fees: $20 to Broidry and $32 to the card company. Both numbers come from each side's published rates.
Etsy's fees pay for Etsy's shoppers. Broidry is for the orders you find yourself: your regulars, your referrals, your local customers. Most shops run both.

Your data is yours
Export your orders and customers whenever you like. You are never locked in.
You stay on the Free plan: $0 a month, a 2% fee on payments that go through Broidry, and up to 15 orders a month. Orders are unlimited when your buyer pays through Broidry. Paid plans add features. They're never required.
No. The Broidry fee only applies to payments that are processed through Broidry. Sales you make on Etsy, at a market, or anywhere else never touch it. If a customer pays you by Venmo, cash, or check, there is no Broidry fee on that order either — on any plan.
Broidry is not a replacement for Etsy — it runs alongside it. Etsy is one place orders come from; Broidry is the one place all of your orders live, including the ones that arrive by text, Facebook message, and email. You get one order list, one production schedule, and one record of who has paid and who has not, no matter where the order started.
Just the plan price. The Broidry fee only applies to payments processed through Broidry, so Venmo, cash, and check orders carry no fee. The Free plan includes up to 15 orders a month; if you outgrow that, Maker at $19/mo makes them unlimited.
You can cancel any time from your account page, and you can export your orders and customer data whenever you like — before, during, or after. Your data is yours. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
When a customer pays by card, Stripe — the payment company behind most checkouts on the internet — charges 2.9% + 30¢ to process the card. Every platform passes this through, and none of it goes to Broidry. We list it separately so you always know exactly which fee is whose.
No. Signing up is free, there is no card to enter, and nothing is ever charged until your shop makes its first sale through Broidry. You can set up your whole shop, build your order list, and send quotes without paying anything.
Broidry is free until your first sale, and there is no credit card to start.
